I am an award-winning REALTOR® specializing in single family and multi family homes in the greater South Jersey area. These include condos, townhouses, single family homes, as well as luxury homes. I handle rentals both for investors or just helping someone finding an apartment. I also specialize in the South Jersey area, including the communities of, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Medford, Evesham, Lumberton, Mount Laurel, Southampton, Tabernacle, Mullica Hill, and Shamong.

Agent Biography
For 34 years I've had the pleasure of helping my clients buy and sell real estate in South Jersey. I specialize in residential single family homes and multi-family homes. These include condos, townhouses, single houses, even up to large single family estates. I also work closely with investors, and clients looking for commercial real estate. Once in a while I even handle rentals; sometimes seeing that an investor's property is rented in a timely manner, or just helping someone find an apartment.
Having grown up in Camden County, and working in Gloucester County all these years, I guess you could say I am an expert in these areas. I have current knowledge of real estate transactions, and living conditions, in the following communities: Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Haddonfield, Haddon Township, Collingswood, Gloucester Township, as well as the rest of Camden County, and in Gloucester County: Greenwich Township, Deptford Township, Harrison Township, Washington Township, Mantua Township, including the current real estate "Hot Spot" Woolwich Township.
Real Estate has been a family affair, my dad was a broker who specialized in working with developers, and I learned much from him during my early years in the business. I went on to attend both Drexel University, and Camden County College, majoring in "Business Education and Management." From 1981 to 1992, I owned and operated my own real estate firm for which, I was the Broker of Record.
Over the years, I have kept up to date on the changes in the industry by taking many certified courses. These includes such subjects as, new home construction, financing, and marketing. I am a firm believer, in giving back to our industry. I do this by being a mentor to new agents, so that they start in the business on the right foot. In order to help these new agents I had to go through Prudential Fox & Roach's special mentor training program. I am also very much involved with Prudential Fox & Roach Charities.
My other interests include spending time with family, reading and gardening.
